Vertical 02 · Understand

Turn business data into clear, actionable insight.

Dashboards, automated reporting and focused analytics that show how your business is really performing, so decisions are faster and better informed.

The challenge

Plenty of numbers.
Not enough clarity.

Most businesses already report. The problem is that reports arrive late, disagree with each other and rarely explain what to do next.

01

Reports take days to build

Month-end packs are assembled by hand, so the numbers are already old when leaders see them.

02

Different teams, different figures

Sales, finance and operations each calculate KPIs their own way, and meetings turn into debates about data.

03

Data without direction

Long spreadsheets show what happened, but not why, or where to focus attention.

04

Limited visibility

Margins, costs and customer behaviour stay hidden until a problem is already expensive.

What changes

From monthly reports to everyday visibility.

Good BI isn’t more charts. It’s the right few numbers, always up to date, in front of the people who act on them.

Performance at a glance

One live view of the KPIs that matter, with the detail one click away.

One set of KPIs

Agreed definitions mean every team works from the same numbers.

Reporting on autopilot

Recurring reports refresh and arrive on schedule, without manual work.

Drill into the why

Move from a headline number to the region, product or customer behind it.

Faster decisions

Up-to-date insight means issues are spotted and acted on sooner.

How we work

From questions to a dashboard in use.

We start with the decisions, not the charts, and you review a working version early instead of waiting for a big reveal.

  1. 01Discover

Understand the decisions each team makes and the questions they need answered.

  2. 02Define KPIs

Agree the metrics, their definitions and where each number comes from.

  3. 03Design

Sketch the layout and flow, and review it with the people who’ll use it.

  4. 04Build

Develop the data model and dashboards, then validate every figure against source.

  5. 05Adopt

Train your team, gather feedback and refine until the dashboard is part of the routine.

Ways to start

One dashboard, or a complete reporting layer.

FAQ

Common questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Which BI tool should we use?

It depends on your existing systems, team skills and budget. If you already use Power BI, Tableau or QuickSight, we’ll usually build there. If not, we’ll compare the options with you before you commit.

Our data is messy. Can we still start?

Yes. We’ll check data quality early. If it needs work first, we can fix the essentials as part of the project or start with Data Engineering.

How often will dashboards refresh?

As often as your decisions need and your sources allow, from daily to near real-time. We agree the refresh schedule up front.

Can our team update dashboards later?

Yes. We hand over the data model, documentation and training, so your team can add views and adjust reports without depending on us.
