1.Our commitment

Predefined.in is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-off task.

2.The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in a new tab) at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

3.What we’ve done

• Clear page structure with headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
• Menus, dropdowns, FAQs and the contact form can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
• Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers. Meaningful images and controls have text labels.
• Animations are reduced or turned off when your device is set to “reduce motion”.
• Text can be zoomed, and layouts adapt to small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Links that open in a new tab say so to screen-reader users.

4.Known limitations

• Some secondary and decorative text uses light grey, which may have lower contrast than we’d like.
• Our homepage uses full-screen, section-by-section scrolling, which some people may find less comfortable.
• The navigation and footer on inner pages need JavaScript to appear.
• Content from third parties, such as WhatsApp or Google services, is outside our direct control.

We’re working through these and will update this statement as we make improvements.

5.How we assess it

We’ve assessed this website ourselves, using keyboard testing and browser accessibility tools. It hasn’t yet been independently audited or fully tested with every assistive technology. Full conformance requires manual testing with assistive technologies and expert review, which we plan to carry out.
